The users of the EE model will be subsidized by 45% of the costs of investing in building utilities, while the remaining part of the costs should be borne by users, own funds or funds from credit indebtedness.

Within the framework of the EE model, and in cooperation with partner banks Bosnia Bank International d.d., Sberbank d.d. and Unicredit Bank d.d., for EE users, credit funds are provided. Appropriations are used to finance the cost of building utilities. The amount of the subsidized interest rate on credit funds is 3% of the agreed interest rate on the approved loan funds realized under the EE Model.
