Collective housing facilities
The main goal of the Energy Efficiency Model is systemic support to citizens in improving energy characteristics, ie, building utilities, under more favorable conditions.
Residential owners in collective housing may be USERS of the EE Model.
Benefits for participants in the realization of the model::
- Covered costs of making energy audits and project documentation for the implementation of energy efficiency measures;
- Possibility to use a dedicated credit line with banks that are partners in the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Model;
- Subsidizing 3% of the interest rate for the beneficiaries who have been granted credit facilities with the partner banks within the project;
- Co-financing 45% of the costs for building utilities;
- Covered costs of supervision of works on building up buildings
